«مسارات» (Masarat) علامة تجارية لخدمات رقمية تُقدَّم أونلاين عبر الموقع masarathq.com ومنصات العمل الحر. باستخدامك للموقع أو طلبك لأي خدمة، أنت توافق على هذه الشروط.

Masarat is a brand for digital services delivered online through masarathq.com and freelance marketplaces. By using this site or ordering a service, you agree to these terms.

الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع أسعار بداية بالدولار الأمريكي. قبل البدء نرسل عرضًا مكتوبًا يحدد نطاق العمل والمدة والسعر النهائي، وأي عمل خارج هذا النطاق يُتفق عليه ويُسعَّر بشكل منفصل.

Prices shown are starting prices in US dollars. Before work begins we send a written quote with the scope, timeline and final price. Anything outside that scope is agreed and priced separately.

للطلبات المباشرة: 50% مقدم قبل البدء و50% عند التسليم، ما لم يُتفق على غير ذلك. الطلبات عبر منصات العمل الحر (مثل Upwork وFiverr ومستقل وخمسات) تخضع لنظام الدفع وشروط المنصة نفسها.

For direct orders: 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, unless agreed otherwise. Orders placed through freelance marketplaces (such as Upwork, Fiverr, Mostaql or Khamsat) follow that platform’s payment system and terms.

كل باقة تشمل جولتين تعديل على النسخة الأولى ضمن نفس النطاق. مواعيد التسليم تبدأ من تاريخ استلام المقدّم وكل المحتوى المطلوب من العميل (نصوص، صور، شعار، بيانات)، وأي تأخير في المحتوى يؤخر التسليم بنفس المدة.

Each package includes two rounds of revisions on the first version within the agreed scope. Timelines start once the deposit and all client materials (text, images, logo, data) are received; delays in materials extend delivery accordingly.

بعد سداد كامل المبلغ، تنتقل ملكية الموقع والتصميم والملفات والنموذج المالي إلى العميل. الدومين والاستضافة يُسجَّلان باسم العميل أو يُنقلان له. يحق لمسارات عرض العمل ضمن نماذج أعمالها ما لم يطلب العميل غير ذلك كتابةً.

Once paid in full, ownership of the website, design, files and financial model passes to the client. Domains and hosting are registered to, or transferred to, the client. Masarat may show the work in its portfolio unless the client asks otherwise in writing.

كل الأرقام في دراسات الجدوى وخطط العمل والنماذج المالية تقديرات مبنية على افتراضات موضّحة في المستند وعلى بيانات يقدمها العميل أو مصادر عامة. هي أداة لاتخاذ القرار وليست ضمانًا لنتائج أو أرباح، ولا تُعد استشارة قانونية أو ضريبية أو استثمارية.

All figures in feasibility studies, business plans and financial models are estimates based on assumptions stated in the document and on data supplied by the client or public sources. They support decision-making and are not a guarantee of results or profit, nor legal, tax or investment advice.

يلتزم العميل بأن يكون له الحق في استخدام أي محتوى أو صور أو علامات يرسلها لنا، وبأن تكون المعلومات المقدمة صحيحة بقدر علمه.

The client confirms they have the right to use any content, images or trademarks they send us, and that the information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

في كل الأحوال، لا تتجاوز مسؤولية مسارات قيمة المبلغ المدفوع عن الخدمة محل المطالبة. ولا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو أعطال ناتجة عن خدمات أطراف أخرى مثل مزودي الاستضافة أو الدومين.

Masarat’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses or for outages caused by third-party services such as hosting or domain providers.
