لو ألغيت الطلب قبل ما نبدأ التنفيذ، تسترد المقدّم كاملًا.

If you cancel before we start work, your deposit is refunded in full.

لو ألغيت بعد البدء وقبل تسليم النسخة الأولى، نسترد لك الجزء غير المنفَّذ من المقدّم بحسب نسبة العمل المنجز. بعد تسليم النسخة الأولى، نعالج أي ملاحظات من خلال جولتي التعديل المشمولتين بدل الاسترجاع.

If you cancel after work starts but before the first version is delivered, we refund the unused part of the deposit based on work completed. After the first version is delivered, feedback is handled through the two included revision rounds rather than refunds.

لو تأخرنا عن موعد التسليم المتفق عليه أكثر من 7 أيام لسبب يرجع لنا، أو سلّمنا عملًا مختلفًا بوضوح عن النطاق المكتوب، من حقك استرداد كامل المبلغ المدفوع.

If we miss the agreed deadline by more than 7 days for reasons on our side, or deliver work clearly different from the written scope, you are entitled to a full refund of what you paid.

اشتراكات Masarat Care تُلغى في أي وقت وتتوقف من الشهر التالي، ولا تُسترد رسوم الشهر الجاري.

Masarat Care plans can be cancelled at any time and stop from the next month; the current month is not refunded.
