تتكون أي دراسة جيدة من 4 أجزاء: دراسة السوق (من سيشتري وبأي سعر)، والدراسة الفنية (ما تحتاج إليه للتشغيل)، والدراسة المالية (التكاليف والإيرادات والأرباح لخمس سنوات)، والمخاطر.A good study has four parts: market (who will buy, at what price), technical (what you need to operate), financial (costs, revenue and profit over five years) and risks.
أهم المؤشرات: صافي القيمة الحالية NPV (إذا كان موجبًا فالمشروع يخلق قيمة)، ومعدل العائد الداخلي IRR، وفترة الاسترداد، ونقطة التعادل.Key indicators: NPV (positive means the project creates value), IRR, payback period and break-even point.
